Integrity

Our company is committed to maintaining standards of integrity, ethics and governance in conducting business. We adopt zero tolerance for corruption.

Our Integrity Program is based on the Code of Conduct and Integrity and the Anti-Corruption Policy.

For the Program to be part of the company’s culture, our dynamic has been, through periodic training, to raise awareness, sensitize and qualify the entire team in terms of prevention, detection, prompt interruption and remediation of acts of fraud and corruption.

The Integrity Area is responsible for managing the Program. To receive complaints, we have the Complaints Office and our own Whistleblowing Channel.

Principles that guide the performance of PPSA in the prevention, detection and correction of illegalities:

Morality: Workers must observe ethical precepts in their conduct, check the criteria of convenience, opportunity and justice in their actions and distinguish what is honest from what is dishonest.

Legality: implies complete subjection of the employee to the law.

Efficiency: requires employees to carry out their activities with a focus on obtaining the best result, with the rational use of public means and funds.

Confidentiality: aims to guarantee the protection of institutional information, as well as protection against its unauthorized disclosure.

Publicity and Transparency: seeks to inform interested parties about relevant matters, keeping the internal and external relationship channels active.

Objectivity: aims to guarantee equal treatment between individuals who are in the same legal situation and impartiality in the judgment of reported or identified illegalities, applying objective criteria.
